MANAGING DIRECTOR & LEAD INSTRUCTOR

Dr. David Washington brings a multidisciplinary perspective to leadership and organizational development, with experience spanning business, education, law, military service, and executive development. He previously served as a faculty member and Assistant Dean in the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University, where his teaching recognition included an Outstanding Teacher Award and a Student Government Association Distinguished Professor Award. His federal training experience includes Leadership Development Program instruction associated with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and leadership instruction for personnel at the Pentagon. His instructional approach emphasizes practical application, participant engagement, critical thinking, and the translation of leadership concepts into workplace action.
